Shipping Policy

We ship Australia-wide from Sydney, New South Wales.

Rates

Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address. Orders over A$70 ship free anywhere in Australia.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday go out the next business day.

Delivery times

We send with Australia Post. Once dispatched, typical delivery times are:

• Sydney metro: 1–3 business days
• Other capital cities: 2–5 business days
• Regional and remote areas: 3–8 business days

These are Australia Post estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can take longer during peak periods, and remote areas occasionally take longer than the ranges above.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking as soon as it is lodged with Australia Post.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will re-send it once you cover the return postage.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email support@austallow.com with your order number and we will sort it out.

International

We currently ship within Australia only.
